You may cancel your AiGNT subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to the Service until that date.

2. Navigate to the Billing section in your account settings
3. Click on "Cancel Subscription" and follow the on-screen instructions

2. Free Trial

If you are on a free trial, you can cancel at any time before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. No payment information is required to start a free trial.

3. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Annual Plans: Full refund within 30 days of initial purchase if you're not satisfied with our service.
• Monthly Plans: No refunds for monthly subscriptions, but you won't be charged for subsequent months after cancellation.
• Enterprise Plans: Custom refund terms as specified in your enterprise agreement.

4. Downgrades
